Funds received in exchange for Electronic money and fund received for the provision of payment services are safeguarded in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, and the Payment Services Regulations 2017. This means that such funds are segregated from our own funds in Safeguarded Accounts held with an authorised Credit Institution, and are protected. In the event of our insolvency, they will be returned to our customers.

Zeller Business Accounts are electronic money accounts, and not bank accounts. They are therefore not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

The Mastercard brand mark, circles design, and Tap & go are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Apple Pay and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
