What Happens to My Funds If Zeller UK Stops Trading?

In the event of an insolvency, Zeller UK is required to return all client funds it holds to its Merchants as a priority to any other creditor.

The way this is done depends on the settlement option you have selected:

• If you receive your settlements in your third party account, you will continue to receive your funds owed to you until Zeller UK stops trading.

• If you receive your settlements, and/or hold any E-money in your Zeller Transaction Account, we will ask you to provide the details of a third party account where we can pay your holdings to.

Note: we will endeavour to return all funds owed to you, however processing fees may apply which may be deducted from your total payout.
