What Happens If a Zeller Customer Passes Away?
We know that losing someone you love is incredibly tough, and we’re here to help you through it.
To begin, please email support@myzeller.com or call us on 0800 917 9206 so we can locate their account. We’ll need the following information:

Full name on the account

Date of birth
-
Email address phone number or address linked to the account

Account number (if available)
A copy of the Death Certificate (a clear photo or scan is fine) is also required. If the certificate isn’t in English we may need additional documentation but our support team will guide you through this.
