How do I direct my settlements to a third party bank account?
When you first sign up and complete your identity verification, Zeller automatically settles your accepted payments to your Zeller Business Account on the same business day. This reduces the time taken between your first payment and the time you first receive your money.
If you nominate an external account, all subsequent settlements will take up to one business day to complete and will only be able to settle to that account Mon-Fri
Changing from your Zeller Business Account to an external account
To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard:

Select Payments and then Settlements.

Select the Settings icon, located at the top right of your screen.

Click Add External Account at the bottom of the page.

Enter the Account Name, Sort Code and Account number.

Select Make this my Settlement Account.

Click Continue.

- Review details and click Add Account.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile and click Verify.
Funds will begin to settle into your nominated account the following business day.
If we experience any issues with this, they will be re-directed to your default Zeller Business Account to ensure you can still access your funds.
