How do I process a Chip & PIN transaction?

To accept a contactless or Chip & PIN payment on your Zeller Terminal 1 or 2, follow the recommended steps below:

  1. Select Payments from the navigation menu.
  2. Input the total amount to be charged to the customer. 
  3. Tap Charge.
  4. Advise your customer to insert their card. 

Once the transaction is successfully approved, you have the option to provide your customer with either a printed or digital receipt. If a receipt is not required, select New Sale to proceed to the next transaction.
