How do I make a payment to an existing biller?

With each Faster Payment (FPS) being linked to a Zeller Contact, you can expedite the payment process when paying the same biller with the same customer reference number. 

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard

  1. Click on Accounts from the navigation menu.
  2. Click Transfer, on the top right of your screen.  
  3. Select the Zeller Business Account using the drop-down list.
  4. Search and select the existing contact. 
  5. Enter in the amount of the bill. 
  6. Click Continue
  7. Review the Payment Summary screen and click Pay

Your Zeller Business Account balance will be deducted immediately and the payment will be executed instantly.
