How do I manually sync my transactions with Xero?
If you have connected your Zeller account to Xero and there is a sync issue, you will receive an error on your Zeller Dashboard advising you to manually sync the affected transactions.
To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Settings and then select Connections.
- Select Manage next to Xero - Bank Feeds Integration.
- Click Manual Sync.
- Click Confirm.
Your transactions will be synced immediately and you can now continue reconciling within the Xero Dashboard.
