How do I manage my reset period?

Zeller Expense Cards provide you with configuration tools to automate spending limits for business related expenses. 

Admin users can adjust when these spend controls reset by selecting one of the following options:

  • Daily - Resets 12am every day. 
  • Weekly - Resets 12am every Sunday. 
  • Fortnightly - Resets 12am every Sunday every 2 weeks. 
  • Monthly - Resets 12am first day of the month. 
  • Quarterly - Resets first day of Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct. 

To update your reset period, login to your Zeller Dashboard as an Admin user:

  1. Select Cards from the navigation menu. 
  2. Click the Expense tab. 
  3. Select the card you want to update. 
  4. Click on Manage.
  5. Select Spend Controls
  6. Select your preferred reset period using the drop-down. 
  7. Click Save

Your preferences will be applied immediately. A timestamp will also appear to keep record of who last updated these preferences for tracking purposes.
