How do I enable MOTO payments for Zeller Terminal?
Before processing a payment, check your site settings to ensure MOTO is enabled.
To enable MOTO payments from your Zeller Terminal:
- Confirm your device is logged in.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Site Settings > Payments
- Toggle on the option for MOTO.
- Tap Accept.
To enable MOTO payments from your Zeller Dashboard:
- To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Select Sites.
- Select the site you would like to manage.
- Select the Payments tab at the top of the screen.
- Toggle on the option for MOTO.
- Click Save.
MOTO payments are now enabled and accessible from the Payments screen on your Zeller Terminal.
Additional MOTO features
There are additional toggles you can turn on based on your preferences for MOTO acceptance:
- Enabling Default to MOTO sets MOTO as the primary payment method on your payments screen.
- Required site PIN enhances terminal security by prompting for site PIN verification before any MOTO payment can be processed.
