How do I add notes to my transactions?
Notes offer a convenient way to record extra details alongside your accepted payments on the Zeller Terminal, such as customer information or reference numbers.
To add a note at the time of payment, use the confirmation screen after processing the transaction.
To attach a note to a completed transaction from your Zeller Terminal:
- Tap Transactions from the navigation menu.
- Search for or select the relevant transaction.
- Tap Add a note.
- Enter your note, then tap Save.
To add a note from your Zeller Dashboard:
- Go to Payments > Transactions.
- Find and select the transaction; a summary will display on the right.
- Click Add next to Transaction Notes.
- Type your note and click Save.
Notes will appear immediately and can be updated at any time. Each note can be up to 1,000 characters.
